The Allison DOC diagnostic tool enables technicians to quickly and easily access diagnostic data from the transmission control system and conduct systematic troubleshooting of transmission problems through the use of embedded troubleshooting manuals.

Specific features of Allison DOC include user-selected views of multiple transmission parameters; a view of active and historic DTCs (Diagnostic Trouble Codes); graphical instrument panel view of transmission parameters; user configurable snapshot and print functions; reprogramming capability; new animation, screen by screen, video-based training material; and a data bus viewer that allows users to capture raw data transmitted on various vehicle data buses supported by the Allison DOC (SAE JI708, J1939, J1850 and CEC proprietary protocol).
